There is comfortable parking space for up to three cars just outside the gate, on the right. Parking is free for our guests and is outside the property. Please leave cars and motorbikes there; we’ll welcome you at the entrance.

Lerici and San Terenzo beaches are around 20 minutes away by car; Porto Venere is around 15 minutes away. These are approximate driving times and may increase with traffic and parking. To reach Palmaria island, allow extra time for the boat crossing and any wait.

Yes — you can set off from the house. The path outside our gate leads towards Campiglia, connecting with the Cinque Terre trail network. We’ll gladly suggest a walk suited to your experience. Before setting out, check the weather and trail openings on the National Park website.

Always, at no extra charge: we love them too. For the comfort of our guests, your pets and our cats Radu and Titù, please keep dogs on a lead in shared areas, supervise your travelling companions and avoid leaving them alone in your room.

We do not serve breakfast, but every room has a fridge or minibar, Nespresso machine, kettle, tea, herbal infusions and small biscuits. You can buy whatever you fancy in the local shops and enjoy your own breakfast on the terrace, overlooking the Gulf.

Il Collina offers room-only accommodation without a kitchen: cooking is not permitted indoors or in the outdoor areas. Luna does have a microwave for reheating ready-made meals, plus crockery and cutlery. You are welcome to bring ready-made or cold food to enjoy on the terrace. The microwave is available only in Luna.

Il Collina - Poets' Vista is an affittacamere, an Italian guesthouse with a regional classification of 2 soli. Sole and Luna are private en-suite rooms with a room-only arrangement, similar to hotel accommodation. We do not provide meal service; booking both rooms does not include use of a kitchen.

The terrace, pergola table and Gulf-view seating are reserved for guests of Sole and Luna, who share them. If you book both rooms, these spaces are exclusively for your group. We live on the lower floor of the house.

We welcome you for check-in between 15:00 and 22:00. On departure day, please leave your room by 10:00. If you expect a delay, let us know and we’ll make arrangements together. You’ll receive instructions and personal access codes before arrival.

Our address is Salita al Piano 7, 19131 La Spezia. We recommend using navigation on your phone. The house is on a hillside; you can take a taxi from La Spezia Centrale railway station. Message us if you’d like directions for the final stretch.

To keep the house pleasant for everyone, please smoke only outdoors and respect other guests’ peace and quiet. The property welcomes the registered guests included in the booking. To protect the septic system, please flush only toilet paper. You’ll find more helpful information in the Guest Book in your room.
